Mensa Philippines uses the in-person IQ Challenge
Mensa Philippines uses its in-person Mensa IQ Challenge for admission and publishes dated test events rather than one permanent nationwide testing schedule.
An official 2026 UP Diliman event notice specified a minimum age of 14 and offered testing in scheduled time slots. Mensa Philippines has also announced an event at UP Diliman for 29 August 2026. Use the selected event registration for its current fee and payment instructions rather than carrying over a price from an older event; confirm result timing and any retest rule with the event contact.
The Mensa IQ Challenge provides a membership decision. A professional assessment is the separate route for a detailed cognitive profile, clinical interpretation, or a report for another institution.
Membership fees are separate from event testing
Mensa Philippines publishes the following membership charges:
- PHP 1,700 for one year;
- PHP 3,500 for three years; and
- an optional PHP 500 administration fee for lapsed membership.
These membership payments are separate from the Mensa IQ Challenge fee.
Confirm directly before trying to use prior evidence
The current Mensa Philippines joining information covers the in-person IQ Challenge, not the details of a prior-evidence application. If you want to use an existing assessment, ask Mensa Philippines directly whether that route is currently offered, which tests and documents it accepts, and whether a review fee applies.
