Private report turnaround is usually one to four weeks. A broader diagnostic, educational, or legal report reaches the slower end because it combines more history, testing, interpretation, and recommendations.

Feedback and the signed report may be delivered separately
Oral feedback can precede the signed psychological report. A diagnosis, educational recommendation, legal opinion, or decision by another body can follow later.
