Choose a psychologist or hospital route based on what the report must do
For private access, start with an SRP-listed psychologist who provides adult cognitive assessment. Choose the service depending on whether you need focused cognitive testing, a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, educational or disability documentation, or another formal report.
The Singapore Register of Psychologists is currently a voluntary professional register. Mandatory regulation through AHPC has been announced for the next regulatory stage. Public hospitals provide assessment as part of clinically indicated care.

WAIS-IV remains common, while the regional WAIS-5 is the US version
WAIS-IV is still commonly offered in Singapore. Pearson's regional store also supplies the US WAIS-5 in SGD, using US norms. A clinician using it should explain the norm choice, language fit, and local interpretation.
After reviewing your history and purpose, the psychologist administers the test one-to-one, interprets the scores, gives feedback, and issues the signed report.
