Allow PHP 10,000–18,000 for the assessment as a whole
iPsych's 2025 treatment guide places general psychological testing at PHP 5,000–10,000 or more. Gestalt Neuropsychological & Psychological Services lists psychological assessment at PHP 15,000. Neither figure is a fee specifically for an adult WAIS package, but together they indicate the budget for a detailed assessment.
When WAIS, an interview, analysis, feedback, and a report are included, PHP 10,000–18,000 is a reasonable estimated range. A budget of about PHP 15,000 leaves room for the work before and after testing.

A PHP 500 IQ test is not a cheaper version of the same WAIS assessment
Gestalt also lists a separate PHP 500 IQ test used for purposes such as recruitment and admissions. The test is not identified, and this service is distinct from the PHP 15,000 psychological assessment.
An inexpensive screening labelled “IQ test” and a detailed adult WAIS assessment produce different kinds of information. The PHP 500 service therefore does not set the lower end of the budget for a complete WAIS assessment.
