The clock begins after the final session and all required data have been collected. Additional psychological tests, formal documentation, or a broader diagnostic formulation extend the work. Feedback, the signed report, and later certification are separate
A verbal explanation can precede the psychologist's signed report. A medical diagnosis, disability or certificate process, and a decision by the receiving body can follow later.
